Making Hay While The Sun Shines.

I managed to get photos of a farmer gathering his hay into the big rolls in a field at Smeale, on a lovely hot summers day. The machine he used was brilliant, like a big vacuum that sucked up the cut hay and then spat it out ready rolled, very clever.

Cormorants stretching their wings.

Saw these cormorants stretching their wings in Peel on the rocks next to the slipway on a nice summers day.

Off loading their catch of the day.

Whilst on Peel Breakwater having a walk and taking photos I was fascinated watching this fishing boat unloading his catch of the day, a full load of fresh crabs.
